Huntsville Alabama is the only one I have been too.

Smithsonian in DC has Apollo 11, Skulab mockup and more.

Air and Space museum in Ottawa, Canada has the Apollo 8 capsule I velive.

Kennedy/Canaveral is another obvious one.

Besides the main Air & Space Museum in DC, there's also the Udvar-Hazy Center in Chantilly, Virginia, where they show the stuff that won't fit downtown. (such as the shuttle Enterprise).
